Biography

Lisa R. Wilcox is the founder of Wilcox Law, PA. She graduated with her law degree from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida. Ms. Wilcox obtained a Certificate of International Intellectual Property Law from Tulane Law School and graduated with honors with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International and Business Law from Stetson University College of Law.

Prior to law school, Ms. Wilcox earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Certificate of Asian Studies from the University of South Florida. She was also the owner and operator of a popular South Tampa nightclub.

Ms. Wilcox is currently admitted to practice before all Florida state courts and the Florida Middle District Federal Court. Additionally, she has filed trademark applications on behalf of clients, such as AROD and EMP Industries, Inc., with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.

Ms. Wilcox is experienced and educated in areas of law that logically complement one another. Her legal interests also coordinate with her personal interests; she is a business owner, landlord, and tournament fisherman. She also enjoys traveling. Her favorite aspect of her job is to find creative solutions that work for her clients.
